Who am I?

An Introduction to my inner world.

Why have I created this blog? I don’t know.

What am I doing here? I don’t know.

What do I want to accomplish? I don’t know.

The only thing that I know right now is: writing helps me.

It helps me to express my emotions. It helps me to figure out the connections between my thoughts. It helps me follow my own tiny threads leading to the truth about myself.

Thus, I have decided to create this.

I have some rules that I want to follow:

  1. The title should be 1, max 2. words long
  2. Every post will be accompanied by a link to the song, that helped me write the post.
  3. I have to be completely honest.

On the course of my journey I might make some corrections and additions to the rules. Though for the beginning I consider them to be enough.

This blog is meant to be very personal. I do hope and believe that there is at least one piece of any other human being in each and every one of us. I hope to be the voice for the thoughts rallying in my head, as well as yours.

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
